He believes that being fully committed to the creative process is essential for making quality films, regardless of the outcome.Three films — Toby, Swathi Mutthina Male Haniye, and Roopanthara — received critical acclaim but did not fare well at the box office. The filmmaker acknowledges that he cannot compel audiences to watch a film, expressing a pragmatic view. He values the process of learning and adaptation. Upon Swathi... release, he foresaw a similar response and anticipated better reception on OTT platforms. This expectation also held true for Roopanthara. Despite the film being excellent, audience preferences may not align with theatrical releases. Nevertheless, it achieved moderate success by running for three weeks in cinemas. The filmmaker emphasizes the importance of accepting varied outcomes when striving to produce quality work. Success in a film can significantly empower an actor, enabling them to delve into producing projects that resonate with their creative visions.

Despite his consistent acting approach, which garners love and acceptance from Malayalam filmmakers and audiences, he acknowledges evolving his skills to embody diverse characters while retaining his natural essence. The filmmaker notes the industry's emphasis on embracing new trends, highlighting that labeling something as a trend implies constant change without inherent success or failure. He reflects on the complexities of contemporary filmmaking, where what appears as a significant triumph might ultimately become the most substantial setback.Everyone's focus was on creating everything on a grand scale, resulting in failure. While making big-budget films is important, it can be time-consuming. It is suggested that films starring big-name actors be released once every two years, with a focus on producing content-driven films in between. These films should be capable of staying in theatres for 4-5 weeks, generating sufficient revenue for both theatre owners and filmmakers. However, such films are currently lacking due to a lack of initiative in this direction.

"Collaborating with Mammootty has been a valuable learning experience for me. Engaging in discussions with him as an actor provided me with insightful responses that inspired me to delve deeper into my craft. I gained essential knowledge on how to prepare for a role physically, psychologically, and emotionally. I believe 'inspired' is a more suitable term, as acquiring such knowledge takes time, but my interactions with him have ignited a stronger desire within me to take on new roles," he explains.
